Great News we are open
We're very excited to let you know that we are open.
The safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us and as such we have devised 10 ways of making our store safe for you.
1. HAND-SANITISING STATIONS
There will be hand-sanitising stations at the entrance/exit and throughout the store.

2. CLEAR SOCIAL-DISTANCING SIGNAGE
Allowing you to browse freely whilst keeping a 2 metre distance from others.

3. MONITORED CAPACITY LEVELS
Staff will be monitoring the number of customers in-store as they enter/exit.

4. DEEP CLEANING
The store has been deep cleaned by our prior to opening and the whole team have been trained to clean to deal with Covid 19. The cleaning team will be regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces using Staingard Sanitiser Products.

5. REDUCED OPENING HOURS
We have taken the to reduce our opening hours. We will be open Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm for the foreseeable future.

6. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
We have had protective plastic screens fitted at all of our cash desks to help stop the spread of germs during face-to-face transactions. Our team also have access to masks and gloves.

7. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT PREFFERRED
If you can, we would prefer you to use contactless payment. This will reduce the contact between our sales team and yourself.

9. CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES
We are delighted to be able to offer a two-man delivery service In line with current social distancing restrictions, all contactless deliveries can only be made either to your doorstep or garden, or to a garage. However if you do require delivery into the house our warehouse & delivery staff have strict guidelines on how to do this and maintain social distancing.

Where possible we will be operating a clearly marked one-way systems in the more congested parts of our store. This will allow you to keep the 2 metre distance at all times.
